Filming

Mia and I filmed our film opening on the 8^th of January 2013.

We went to our local part in Barnet, Ravens croft Park. We felt that this was a good place to film due to the fact that you could see it was a local park and in the filming you can see that there are people walking their dogs in the background. This park was a good choice because it has a well structured footpath which was an ideal place to go for a run.

We then set the equipment up and we both explained to our actor what she had to do.

Mia and I both took part in being in the film and filming parts too.

Mia and our actor came dressed like they were going for a run. We have done this so that it does not look made up and that it actually happened. This also looked more professional because you would not see two girls in the part with a face full of make up and in really nice clothes going for a run.

I then set the camera up in a good position to be able to get the whole shot in.

We then filmed all of the parts we needed doing lots of different takes from different angles. We did this so we could use lots of different shots when it comes to editing.

At the end of the filming we managed to get a shot of an ambulance driving past. We did this so it looked like the plot was real and not just made up.

Overall Mia and I did all of our filming in one day and there is no need to re-shoot.

The only problem with our filming is that the microphone did not work so no sound was recorded. We have come to the conclusion that we are going to do a voice over on the film sequence with music playing.

This was a slight problem to start off with but now we have sorted it out.
